The Massachusetts Universal Health Insurance Amendment did not appear on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the state of Massachusetts.[1]


The summary of the ballot measure read as follows:[1]

This proposed constitutional amendment would declare that every Massachusetts resident has the right to quality health care including, but not limited to, all medically necessary services, treatments and devices for acute and chronic conditions and mental health conditions, as well as all reasonable preventive services.
