The Massachusetts Repeal the Prevailing Wage Act, also known as Question 2, was on the November 8, 1988 ballot in Massachusetts as an indirect initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have repealed the prevailing wage for workers contracted by the state.[1]
