Matt Connolly was a 2014 Republican candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 17th Congressional District of Pennsylvania.[1] He lost the Democratic nomination in the primary on May 20, 2014.[2]

Connolly was a Republican candidate for District 18 of the Pennsylvania State Senate in 2010.

Connolly ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Pennsylvania's 17th District. Connolly lost the Democratic nomination in the primary on May 20, 2014. He was defeated by David Moylan.[2]

Connolly was unopposed in the May 18 Republican primary but lost to incumbent Democrat Lisa Boscola in the November 2 general election.[3]
