Dollar ran in the 2012 election for Georgia House of Representatives District 45. Dollar defeated Nick Johnson and Cynthia M. Rozzo in the Republican primary on July 31, 2012.[3] The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[4][5] Dollar ran unopposed in the general election.[6]
