Guerra ran for election in the 2012 election for Rhode Island House of Representatives District 46. Guerra was unopposed in the September 11 Republican primary and was defeated by incumbent Jeremiah O'Grady (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]

Guerra was the Republican candidate for District 46 of the Rhode Island House of Representatives. He was unopposed in the September 14 Republican primary and was defeated by Democrat Jeremiah O'Grady in the November 2 general election.[3][4]
