Mayfield Village Zoning Charter Amendments, 2 (November 2010)
This measures sought to limit the power voter's would have with new zoning amendments made by the village council. If it had been approved, voters would not have the automatic right to vote on zoning changes proposed by the council. Instead, voters would have had 30 days to file a petition to challenge and proposed zoning change.
