A McDonald Township Medical Levy Addition measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the township of McDonald which is in Hardin County.

The measure was approved

  • NO: 52 (33.33%)[1]

This measure sought to add to the current medical levy by a rate of $.06 per $100 of assessed property value for an ongoing amount of time in order to continue to pay for fire protection and emergency medical needs in the township.[2]

An additional tax for the benefit of McDonald Township, for the purpose of maintaining and providing fire protection and emergency medical services at a rate not exceeding 0.6 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.06 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for

a continuing period of time, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.
