My political philosophy is based on the conservative values of limited government and maximum personal liberty. As your assemblywoman, my priorities will be minimizing the state’s role in local education and business and standing up for Nevada’s state sovereignty.
She also voices support for increased transparency and revenue-neutral diversification of the tax base.[2]

Heryet ran in the 2012 election for Nevada State Assembly, District 15. Heryet defeated Benjamin M. Donlon and M. Marco Miller in the June 12 primary election and was defeated by Elliot Anderson (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[3][4][5][6]
