The Meigsville measure sought to renew the current fire levy which is set at a rate of $.06 per $100 of assessed property value for a further three years in order to continue to pay for fire protection services in the township.
The Morgan measure sought to renew the current fire levy which is set at a rate of $.15 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for fire protection services in the township.

The question on the ballot:
|A renewal of the tax for the benefit of Meigsville Township for the purpose of FIRE PROTECTION at a rate not exceeding six-tenth (0.6) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to six cents ($0.06) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for three (3) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.|
