Melissa Woodbury (b. 1969) is a Republican member of the Nevada Assembly, representing the 23rd District since 2008.

Woodbury received her Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University, and a master's in Education from Southern Utah University. She is a special needs elementary school teacher.
