A Memphis Employee Living Location Requirement measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Memphis which is in Shelby County.

This measure will ask voters if they want to allow the law that says city employees must live in the city to be extended instead to ensuring that they live only within the county limits. This residency rule requires employees to live within the city limits in order to be employed by the city. In 2008, residents passed the rule that required employees to live within the city limits.[1]
