|“||BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of the School District of Mercer that it shall include revenue in its budgets for the 2013-2014 school year and each school year thereafter an amount of $650,000.00 in excess of the revenue limits imposed under 121.91 Wis. Stats., for use recurring purposes of annually maintaining educational programs, technology, and facilities.||”|
