A Mesa Park District (Firehouse Community Park Agency) parcel tax, Measure E ballot question was on the June 3, 2008 ballot for voters in the Mesa Park District in Marin County, California, where it was approved.

Measure E imposed a parcel tax of $45 for four years to build a public park.

A 2/3rds supermajority vote was required for approval.

Measure E: "Shall Resolution No. 8 of the Board of Commissioners of Mesa Park be confirmed, establishing a special tax of $45 per year per improved parcel, commencing with fiscal year 2008-2009 and continuing for a period of 4 years for the maintenance and operation of a public park, and shall the appropriations limits be confirmed in the amount equal to the tax revenues received by this parcel tax?"[1]
