Biography
Ashford earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He later received a Master's degree from Spring Arbor University. Ashford is currently the Vice President of Urban Affairs for YMCA/JCC. He served on the Toledo City Council from 2002 to 2007.
