Bileca is a founding partner and President of Towncare Dental Partnership, Inc. He is also the founder and managing partner of a national consulting company that "focuses on elevating organizational performance."[1] He earned a B.S. in Management from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He and his wife, Yvonne, have three children and reside in Miami.
