Elections
2012
Ferro ran for re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 4. Ferro and David Sidiropolis defeated Keith Hughes and Rj Smith in the May 8 primary election. He and David A. Evans defeated David Sidiropolis in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
2010
Ferro was re-elected to the West Virginia House of Delegates District 4. He was one of two candidates running for the two District 4 Delegate positions on the ballot in the November 2, 2010 general election. Since only the two top vote-getters were elected, they were each essentially unopposed. [5][6][7][8]

In 2008 Ferro was elected to the West Virgina House District 4. Ferro (D) finished with 6,949 votes. He finished behind Scott Verner (D) who had 8,689 votes and ahead of Ronald Morris (R) with 5,215 votes and R.E. Hartley (I) with 3,102 votes.[9] Ferro raised $25,590 for his campaign fund.[10]
