Nozzolio was a JAG Officer in the United States Naval Reserves. He is currently a Commander in the New York Naval Militia.
Nozzolio earned his BS in Labor Relations from Cornell University. He went on to earn his MS in Public Administration/Agricultural Economics from Cornell. He then received his JD from Syracuse University College of Law.
