Biography
Skindell earned his B.A. in Business and Politics from Walsh College. He later earned his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. His legal career includes stints as Assistant Attorney General and a hearing officer for the Ohio Department of Health. Skindell owns a private legal practice.
