The November 4, 2008 ballot in Michigan included two ballot measures. A drug policy reform initiative was certified for the ballot earlier in the year. Supporters of two additional measures turned in their signatures by the state's early July deadline. An unsuccessful lawsuit was filed seeking to overturn the decision to remove the Legislative and Judicial Restructuring Initiative from the ballot.
