The Michigan Part-Time Legislature Amendment may appear on the November 4, 2014 statewide ballot in Michigan as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment. The measure, upon voter approval, would make the state legislature part-time, meaning ninety-day legislative sessions.[1]

The proposed amendment was sponsored in the Michigan Legislature by State Senator John Proos (R-21) as Senate Joint Resolution E.[2]
