A Michigan Urban Development Funds Referendum, Proposal A was on the November 1970 ballot in Michigan as a legislatively-referred state statute, where it was defeated.
Proposal A was a statute regarding Act 304 of 1969, to authorize issuance of bonds for urban redevelopment to increase the supply of low-income housing and for loans and grants to municipalities and redevelopment corporations.
