Delph joined the Indiana State Senate in 2005. He has served in that position since, representing the 29th district.
Delph was a Captain in the United States Army Reserve. He is currently Senior Director of Government Affairs for Comcast.
Delph earned his BA from Indiana University in 1992. He went on to receive his MS in Environmental Science and his MPA from Indiana University in 1996. In 2010, Delph received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law.
