Biography
Dovilla earned his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Baldwin-Wallace College and a Masters of Public Administration from American University. He has been an appointee at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, a senior advisor to former U.S. Senator George Voinovich and a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of State. Dovilla currently owns and manages a consulting firm called The Dovilla Group. He is a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserve and served in Iraq from 2007 to 2008.
