Holcomb ran in the 2012 election for Arkansas House of Representatives, District 10. Holcomb and Dorothy Hall defeated Gene Yarbrough in the May 22 Democratic primary. Holcomb then defeated Hall in the June 12 primary runoff election. He defeatedCharles Roberts (R) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1][2][3][4][5]
