Mike Smythe was a Libertarian candidate for District 94 of the Indiana House of Representatives. The primary election was on May 4, 2010 and the general election was on November 2.

Smythe lost to Democratic incumbent Cherrish Pryor by a margin of 9,983 to 350. Republican candidate Clint Fultz came in second with 2,925 votes. [1] The general election took place on November 2, 2010.
