Vereb attended Montgomery County Police Academy in 1986. His professional experience includes his work in Corporate Security for Comcast and Day and Zimmerman. He has also worked for the West Consohohocken Police Department.
Vereb has served as President of the West Norriton Board of Commissioners. He has served as the Majority Caucus Secretary since the 2011 session.[1]

Vereb ran in the 2012 election for Pennsylvania House District 150. Vereb ran unopposed in the Republican primary on April 24 and defeated Kelly Devine (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012. [2][3]
2010
Vereb won re-election to the 150th District Seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition and defeated Democrat Andrea Baptiste in the general election which took place on November 2, 2010.[4]
