A Millburn School District Property Tax Increase measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the Millburn school district area which is in Lake County.

This measure sought to increase local property taxes in order to increase the school income by $1.1 million annually. The extra money would have gone towards balancing the budget and anticipating projected budget shortfalls in the coming school year.[2] The resulting increase would have been $.75 per $1,000 of assessed value and would have added around $244 a year to local property tax rates.[3]
