A Millcreek Township Police Levy Replacement measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the township of Millcreek which is in Union County.

This measure sought to replace the current police levy with one set at a rate of $.20 per $100 of assessed value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for police protection services in the township.[2]

The question on the ballot:

A replacement levy for the benefit of Millcreek Township for the purpose of POLICE PROTECTION provided by the Union County Sheriff's Office at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.20 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3]
