Minnesota Amendment 2, also known as the Preserve Hunting and Fishing Heritage Act, was on the November 3, 1998 election ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved.

The amendment would affirm the value of hunting and fishing and the taking of game and fish as part of our heritage to be preserved for the people and managed for the public good.
