The Minnesota Bonuses for Veterans of Persian Gulf War Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 5, 1996 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized a bonus for Persian Gulf War veterans.[1]
