MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota: Jeffrey Thomas Whitney, a forty year old married computer programmer with the Secretary of State's Office plead guilty on Monday, November 22nd, 2010 "to seven counts of possession of child pornography discovered on his work computer."[1] Though originally charged with fifteen counts of child porn possession, the remaining eight counts will be dismissed as a hearing in early-January 2011 after admitting under questioning that he had downloaded more than 1,400 image files and twenty-two videos of children involved in sexual activity on his state computer.
