The Missouri Bingo Regulations Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the August 7, 1990 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have changed membership requirements for persons participating in bingo operations and removed advertising restrictions.[1][2]
