The Missouri Crime Victim Rights Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment on the November 3, 1992 ballot in Missouri, where it was approved.

Text of measure
The question asked on the ballot was:
- Crime victims to have right to be informed of and be present at criminal proceedings, right to restitution, right to protection from defendant and right to be informed of escape or release of defendant. Cost of this proposal would depend upon enabling legislation and actions of judges.[1]
