The Missouri Public Highway Bonds Amendment, also known as Issue 14, was on the November 3, 1914 ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1]

The measure would have authorized the state of Missouri to issue $50 million in interest-bearing bonds and sell the same amount for the building and maintaining of public highways. The measure would also have authorized a tax that was sufficient to pay the fund.[2]
