Missouri Issue 1 (Primary) (1986) was a measure regarding bills not signed or vetoed by the Governor. This measure was referred to the primary election ballot by the Missouri State Legislature. It passed with 53.8% of voters in favor.

Text of the proposal

Considered on August 5, 1986.

Any bill enacted by the General Assembly and not signed, vetoed or returned by Governor within prescribed time limits shall become law. [1]
