The Missouri Medical Benefits for Dependents Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 6, 1984 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized medical benefits for dependents of state officers and employees, as well as dependents of local governments.[1][2]
