Missouri Issue 2 (General) (1986) was a measure about the approval of the issuance of bonds. This measure was referred to the election ballot by the Missouri State Legislature. It passed with 55.4% of voters in favor.
Text of the proposal
Only voters of participating governmental units in joint revenue bond venture need to approve issuance of bonds. This proposal will not result in any cost or savings to the affected political subdivisions.[1]
