The Missouri Bond Issuance Approval Amendment, also known as Amendment 7, was on the November 4, 1986 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure required approval only from voters of participating governmental units in a joint revenue bond venture to issue the bonds.[1][2]
