The Missouri Water Projects Bonds Amendment, also known as Amendment 5, was on the November 8, 1988 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the issuance of an additional $275 million of bonds for water pollution and storm water projects and for improvement to drinking water systems.[1][2]
