Missouri Issue 2 (Primary) (1986) was a measure establishing a state treasury operating reserve fund. This measure was referred to the primary election ballot by the Missouri State Legislature. It passed with 61% of voters in favor.

Considered on August 5, 1986.
Establishes cash operating reserve fund in state treasury. Provides for transfer of moneys to and from fund, and for investment of moneys not required for current operations. [1]
