The Missouri Repeal of the Wildlife and Forestry Code Amendment, also known as Issue 5, was on the November 5, 1940 ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1]

The measure would have repealed the Wildlife and Forestry Code and all laws and regulations ordained and established by the Conservation Commission.[2]
