The Missouri Review of Life Imprisonment Amendment, also known as Amendment 10, was on the November 2, 1982 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided that the Supreme Court was not required to review every term of life imprisonment.[1][2]
