The Missouri Property Tax Assessment and Exemption Amendment, also known as Amendment 7, was on the August 3, 1982 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure permitted classification of real property for tax assessment and also exempted inventories and homesteads from taxation.[1][2]
