Missouri Measure 3 (1982) was a measure regarding property tax exemptions. This measure referred to the ballot by the Missouri State Legislature. It passed with 63.9% of voters in favor.

Text of the proposal

Permits classification of real property for tax assessment purposes, exempts inventories of merchants and manufacturers from taxation with lost revenues to be recovered by countywide tax on commercial property, and permits homestead exemption for homeowners.[1]
