The Missouri Delegate Selection for Constitutional Convention Amendment, also known as Amendment 9, was on the November 2, 1982 ballot in Missouri as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have established a procedure for selecting delegates in the event voters approved a Constitutional convention.[1][2]
