A Monclova Township Fire Tax Levy Increase question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Lucas County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the township of Monclova to impose a replacement tax levy and increase of 2.3 mills ($2.3 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund fire protection services.[1][2]
