Montana 2012 ballot measures
Five statewide ballot measures were approved for the 2012 ballot in the state of Montana. All five were approved by voters.
- The statewide petition drive deadline for ballot initiatives seeking ballot access in 2012 was June 22, 2012.
- The state signature requirement for initiated constitutional amendments was 48,673 and 24,337 for initiated state statutes.
- The Montana Legislature ended 2011 session on April 28, 2011.
