The Montana Compensation Insurance Fund Asset Investment Amendment, also known as C-34, was on the November 7, 2000 ballot in Montana as a legislatively-referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed monies in the state workers' compensation insurance fund to be invested in private corporate capital stock.[1][2]
