The Montana Replace Taxes with Trade Charge Amendment, also known as CI-55, was an initiated constitutional amendment on the November 6, 1990 ballot in Montana, where it was defeated.

CI-55 sought to repeal existing taxes and require state funding by assessment of a trade charge on business and financial transactions.[1]
