Reinman began her career in 1986 as a legal intern in the State Attorney's Office. After graduating law school later that year, she became an assistant state attorney. The following year, she became an associate of Caruso and Kabboord, P.A. Then, in 1988, she joined Reinman, Harrell, Graham, Mitchell & Wattwood, P.A. She became a partner of that firm in 1993. She started her own practice in 1995. She was the president of Morgan Laur Reinman, P.A. until 2005. In 2003, she joined the circuit court.
