A Ban on Medical Marijuana Dispensaries, Measure B-10 was on the November 2, 2010 ballot for voters in the City of Morro Bay in San Luis Obispo County.[1] It was defeated.
Measure B, if it had been approved, would have banned medical marijuana dispensaries in the City of Morro Bay.

- Yes: 2,169 (44.33%)
- No: 2,724 (55.67%)

Supporters
Supporters of the Measure B ban said in their official ballot argument, "The Morro Bay Chamber of Commerce has been promoting Morro Bay as a nature lover's, family friendly and tourist destination. How can that possibly be reconciled with storefronts selling a drug illegal under federal law?"[1]
