Morro Bay Ban on Medical Marijuana Dispensaries, Measure B-10 (November 2010)
Measure B, if it had been approved, would have banned medical marijuana dispensaries in the City of Morro Bay.
Election results are from the San Luis Obispo elections division as of November 27, 2010.
Supporters of the Measure B ban said in their official ballot argument, "The Morro Bay Chamber of Commerce has been promoting Morro Bay as a nature lover's, family friendly and tourist destination. How can that possibly be reconciled with storefronts selling a drug illegal under federal law?"
