The question on the ballot:

An amendment to Section 10.161, Sec. 120 of Article 9 of the City Charter to increase the authorized maximum millage from fifteen (15) mills to twenty (20) mills which may be levied annually by the City Commission for general municipal purposes, including but not limited to fire and law enforcement services.[3]
